Meet Our Sleep Apnea Dentist

of Burlington and Oakville, Ontario

Meet Dr. Anil Ralhan

Dr. Anil Ralhan has been practicing dentistry for over 15 years and takes pride in providing his Ontario patients with quality sleep through the use of dental oral appliances. Dr. Ralhan graduated from the University of Michigan as a Doctor of Dental Surgery and quickly followed by opening his own successful dental practice where he offers numerous services.

Serving patients at two offices in Burlington and Oakville, he and his friendly, professionally-trained staff provide personalized, comfortable, and professional care to anyone in need of a dental sleep treatment. Dr. Ralhan keeps up with changing technologies and techniques so he and his staff can provide a patient-centered approach to treatment. Sleep apnea is a serious sleep condition and he knows the importance of getting a good night’s rest to help prevent symptoms like fatigue, depression, and memory loss.

When Dr. Ralhan is not working hard in either of his two dental offices, Dr. Anil Ralhan loves to travel with his wife and daughters. He also loves to contribute to and support the community by doing charitable work at St. Vincent de Paul Church and enjoys supporting local athletic programs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I look for when choosing a new dentist?
When looking for a new dentist, you should evaluate their qualifications, experience, and how comfortable you feel in their office. Dr. Ralhan has gone through extensive training and continues his education to stay current with the newest, safest dental practices.

It’s also important to find a dentist who can help you feel comfortable during your appointment.  We know dental work can be stressful to undergo at times, and we do everything we can to help you when you’re here.

How is sleep apnea diagnosed?
Sleep apnea is diagnosed through a sleep test. This is a study that’s done either in a sleep clinic or in the comfort of your own home. For the test, you’ll be hooked up to a non-invasive machine that’ll monitor your body while you’re asleep.

After your sleep test, a physician will examine your results and let you know if you have a sleep disorder. Once you have a sleep apnea diagnosis, Dr. Ralhan can help you find a sleep apnea treatment that works for you. Through the use of an oral appliance along with lifestyle changes, you can feel more energized.

Robert C., Oakville

“I received prompt and very personal care by the dentist and the other staff at Cornerstone dental. This was my first visit there and I had an extensive procedure performed. (3hrs) The dentist was very good and she ensured everything was done correctly. I would recommend them to anyone.”
